Shaktipath is operated by Nishant Pujari ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our websites or join our programs, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, when you register or contact us.
• Payment details, which are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Messages and questions you send us on WhatsApp or email.
• Basic website usage data collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel, such as pages visited and actions taken, used to measure and improve our advertising.

How we use it

• To register you for programs and give you access to live sessions and groups.
• To send you session details, reminders and updates about your program.
• To process payments and subscriptions.
• To answer your questions and improve our programs and website.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the services needed to run our programs: Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live sessions), WhatsApp (groups and communication) and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Group spaces

When you join a WhatsApp group or a live session, other participants may see your name, phone number or video. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our programs and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices
