These terms apply to the Shaktipath websites and programs, operated by Nishant Pujari. By registering for a program or using our websites, you agree to them.

Our programs

Shaktipath offers guided sadhana programs, including 21 Days with Maa Kali and the Abhyasa Khanda monthly membership. Program details, schedules and prices are as described on each program's page at the time you join.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Nature of the practice

Our programs are spiritual and contemplative practices. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and they do not replace advice from a doctor or mental health professional. Please practise within your own physical and emotional limits, and take responsibility for your own wellbeing while participating.

Payments and subscriptions

• Payments are processed through Razorpay.
• Abhyasa Khanda is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Sessions and groups

• Live sessions are held online. Session timings may occasionally change, and we will inform you in advance.
• Please do not record, copy or share session content or group material without our permission.
• We expect respectful conduct in all sessions and groups. We may remove anyone whose behaviour disrupts or harms others, without refund.

Content

All program content, including sessions, written material and website content, belongs to Shaktipath and is for your personal use only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Shaktipath is not liable for any indirect loss or harm arising from participation in our programs or use of our websites. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
